After wrestling, boxing and training for MMA, I almost died at age 19 due to severe exhaustion, meanwhile all my tests and specialists kept telling me I was perfectly “healthy & fit.” So I spent the next 20 years traveling the world and training with the highest level yogis and Acupuncturists from the temples who live close to twice as long as we do on average. I learned the right diagnostics and treatments to strengthen and balance your weakest organs in your body. Throughout the last 20 years, I started a Holistic Health Center, recorded a full album, learned how to build bioelectricity in my body, had a couple kids and a lot of fun. I’ve been on a bunch of podcasts and TV shows and I am now ready to bring the wellness and longevity secrets from the temples to the West!
